120% of the first month’s rent including VAT.

For seeking and finding a suitable Tenant. Advising on rental levels and procedures, preparation of property details, advertising, contract negotiation (amending and agreeing terms).

Application Fees (formerly Tenant Fees) £250.00 + VAT (£300.00)

For referencing (identity, financial credit checks, obtaining references from employers and previous landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability) preparation of Tenancy Agreement, HD video inventory, deposit protection, check-in.

 

Letting & Full Management

Sole Agency Fee
Up to 120% including VAT x first month’s rent
plus up to 12% including VAT of monthly rent collected

For seeking and finding a suitable Tenant. Advising on rental levels and procedures, preparation of property details, advertising, check-in, processing rents, paying related accounts, making routine visits, accounting to Landlord on a monthly basis, check-out and negotiation of deposit return.

Application Fees (formerly Tenant Fees) £250.00 + VAT (£300.00)

For referencing (identity, financial credit checks, obtaining references from employers and previous landlords and any other relevant information to assess affordability) preparation of Tenancy Agreement, HD video inventory, check-in, deposit protection.

Serving Notice to Quit under Section 8 or Section 21 £120.00 including VAT, however, if attendance in court is required, the fee will be agreed on a time basis.
